As you can see these delectable pumpkin rolls are on my lap in our car. We are taking them to Prince Eric. I think they passed the test. You see, Pumpkin Rolls are a sweet my Mom makes at Christmas time. Everyone loves them! When I asked my husband what I should make to take to his folks for Thanksgiving, this is what he requested. I'd never made them before, but I've been in the kitchen when Mom made them lots. So, I decided to make three of them instead of just one. Good thing Prince Eric came to town to help my hubby and I to eat the extra! Glad I didn't mess them up. We enjoyed their yummy pumpkin and cream cheese goodness!
